1 Credit is equal to 10,000 LLM tokens. For instance, the Starter plan (500 credits) offers 5 million tokens, which translates to roughly 3 to 5 hours of active, continuous transcription and real-time screen/voice reasoning.
Metosos captures your screen locally for screenshots but renders its own user interface completely invisible to standard screen capture software, video recording tools, and screen sharing feeds (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Discord). This prevents accidental leaks of sensitive instructions or outputs.

No. All LLM requests are proxied securely through our servers to Google's, which explicitly excludes all prompt, image, and transcription inputs from model training datasets.
I am Mustafa Doğan, the solo developer and architect behind Metosos. I am building this application entirely on my own, managing everything from the local desktop client to the cloud infrastructure and API integrations.
Metosos is currently in its Beta phase. While the core features—audio transcription, live translation, and screen analysis—are operational, the software is still undergoing active development and testing. Operating in Beta allows me to monitor real-world API consumption, identify bugs, and optimize the backend architecture before a finalized release.
There is no corporate team or marketing department behind this project. My focus is strictly on the engineering: building a reliable, direct, and technically sound application that functions exactly as required.

Metosos is currently distributed under a Beta Evaluation License. While in Beta, usage of core services is subjected to rate limits and credit-ledger regulations. Commercial exploitation of client binaries is strictly prohibited without a valid commercial license key.
